There have been sightings of her in Colorado, and I am still looking. I haven't been writing for a couple of days because of my search. I will not stop until she is found. I love her greatly. She's my life. Now it's been 3 hours into my daily search. Then.... I found her shirt. I picked it up, and breathed in the fragrance, then went wild. I ran as fast as I could through the town, until I reached an old abandoned house. I walked up the stairs slowly. I could hear muffled cries from inside. Someone had tied her mouth shut. I busted through the door, and looked at her. She was tied to a chair, which was bolted to the floor. "JAZMYN?!" I screamed. She nodded, and her screams were muffled. She was crying. I ripped off the rope, which was muffling her. I ripped off the rest that tied her down. She was bleeding on her chest. I could smell the blood. I controlled myself, and picked her up. "You need to go to the hospital." I'll write after she's well. ~Alec

Jazmyn's missing. I heard it from the TV in the Lobby. The headlines were "Young American Girl Goes Missing In Italy". I am terribly worried. People have been searching the streets for her, and calling every one of her friends. They haven't seen her at all. Jane sat down beside me, on the couch in front of the TV in the Lobby, and held my hand. "It may have been good for you, Alec." I looked at her, with sadness and depression in my eyes, "good? You wanted her to leave!" Jane looked at me, "no, Alec." "Yes!" I snatched my hand away from her, and stormed outside in the pouring rain. Jane quickly followed behind me, "Alec!" I ignored her. "ALEC!" Jane screamed. I ignored her again, walking further and further away from her. "ALEC JAMES!" Jane ran after me, and grabbed my hand. "Come back. This is ridiculous." "No. Ridiculous is; being stupid and jumping off a cliff just because your waiter forgot to give you wine! That's ridiculous! This is dedication, and love." Jane let go of my hand. And stopped dead in the middle of the street, "what?" "I love her, Jane." Jane looked at me, then hugged me. "Are you gonna go find her, brother?" In my mind..., I was thinking, maybe I shouldn't go. But I needed to find Jazmyn. "Yes." She hugged me tighter, then let go. "Go brother. She's worth something." I smiled, and kissed her on her cheek. "I'll be back in a few days, dear sister," I started to walk away. "I love you, Jane Elizabeth." She giggled, "and I you, Alec James." "Promise?" Jane grabbed my hand, "promise." I began to walk away, and looked back at her. She waved goodbye to me, and walked back into the building. As I walked further..., my thoughts began to focus on nothing but Jane and Jazmyn. You know that feeling..., where when you leave the person you've been with all your life..., and you have a connection unlike any other, and you'd gladly put your life in jeopardy for them. That's the same with me and Jane. And as for my thoughts of Jazmyn... I worried she was dead or ill. I don't want the one thing (besides Jane) that means the absolute world to me to leave this world and be gone forever. I feared she was gone... forever away from me. After being on a plane for nearly seven hours..., I reached Colorado. And looked at the fliers on every corner... "PLEASE FIND JAZMYN MARIE LEEIGAN" it gave a recent picture, and her information, and what she was wearing when she went missing. My heart sunk to my toes. My love, missing. This is horrid for me. I will write when I find her, or if I find out something else about her. ~Alec June 22 , 2010
Aro wasn't too angry, just disappointed again. "Humans, Alec..." Aro's voice echoed in the empty throne room. Aro and I stood alone in the room. I stood there in the exact spot, I was when I was changed. "Aro," I muttered. "Edward fell in love with Bella! They have a child! You stopped me before I could even get a chance to have a life, with a wife and family of my own. Jane deserved to have a family as well. Her being your mate isn't the best thought in my head. You think I want my sister to date someone who's 4 times her age? In both human and vampire years. I do not think so!" Aro walked down the steps, and onto the marble flat ground in front of the steps. "Alec... That was EDWARD'S decision. Not yours. Bella almost died because of their child. Do you really want to put Jazmyn through that?" I looked at my feet, "no..." "Then leave her alone. End of discussion. You may come in now!" The whole gang came walking in, Jane leading them. "Request for permission, if I may, Aro," I said, while walking to my usual guarding place. "Yes?" Aro turned toward me. "Can I please be with her? If it does not work, she'll return home HUMAN and UNHARMED. She's studying for her Italian Language class. I can teach her." Aro smiled, "you may try." I smiled. And whispered, "thank you." Aro chuckled, "you're welcome." Then after all the chaos in the Volturi lair, I found Jazmyn. "Jazmyn!" I yelled, running at human speed towards her. "Alec!" She hugged me. I smiled. "Are you staying with your class this weekend?" "No. We're splitting up to explore Italy for a few months. Why?" "I was wondering...," I hesitated. "If you'd come to my home for the weekend." "Sure!" I laughed, "can you meet me at sun-down at the clock?" "Yeah! That's actually perfect! My friends and I have to pack. They met people too. They're gonna stay with them too." "Alright." She hugged me, "see ya later Alec!" "Bye Jazmyn!" I called to her, as she ran down the street, and disappeared behind a building. I walked back home, and as soon as I got into the throne room... Jane had saved me four tourists. "Better hurry. They're gonna wake up soon," Jane said, as she pushed a body to the side. "Okay." Well I will write later. Jazmyn's going to meet the family. ~Alec June 21 , 2010
Tourist have been pouring in like ants. We have only fed on three groups. Jazmyn didn't come in, I didn't expect her to either. I finally came out today. Well this morning. Like I said. Jane and Aro really made my temper reach it's limit. I was about to kill someone on the street, below my bedroom balcony. "Dearest brother...," Jane smiled. "Why do this to our kind? Why expose us?" "I didn't," I replied quickly. "Don't deny, Alec...," she got in front of me, and grabbed my hand. "Come with me." I couldn't resist her or I'd never hear the end of it. She led me to her room. Filled with paintings of us as young human children. "This one," she pointed to a painting of me and her when we were thirteen. "It's always been my favorite." I chuckled, "we've grown, sister." She laughed, "VERY much so." I looked at one of her alone. The beautiful blond haired, blue eyed fifteen year old she was before this. Then beside that picture... Was me at thirteen. A very tall, scrawny lad I was. Brown haired, with hazel eyes, and a dark complexion. I ran my fingers across that painting, and smiled. "We were perfect humans, Jane." "I know," she hugged my neck. "We are now too." "No we're not. We're monsters. We feed on innocent humans..." I smashed the glass on the painting of me. Jane looked at the glass as it fell piece, by piece. Landing around our feet, shattering once again. Into a million pieces. Jane looked back up at me, "Alec. There's no need to be angry with yourself. We couldn't fight back-" "I could have protected you." Jane's eyes flickered towards her window. "You didn't realize that at that particular moment. You were scared out of your mind. I know you would have defended us if you could have moved." "Jane..." I hesitated, and sat down on her bed. "Yes?" She sat down beside me. "I don't know how to put this to where you won't be angry with me..." I licked my lips. "I'm in love with Jazmyn." Jane stood up at an amazing speed, and slapped me. "THAT HUMAN?! NO! ALEC! NO!" Aro heard Jane scream, and ran in here, Demetri and Felix came running in behind him. I'll write tomorrow and explain what happened. Right now I have to explain why my sister is so upset. ~Alec June 20 , 2010
She told me her name. It's Jazmyn. She's sixteen and from Colorado. She came down here to take her Italian Language classes, to be in the top of her class. I told her I would pitch in to help. Jane was not to happy about it, and has been staring me down for the last hour with her 'I'm angry with you' eyes. "Very disappointed...," Aro walked around me, examining my every move. "Fooling with a human?!" Caius stood up, "Aro, not to be rude, my dear friend...," he looked at me, "don't be so hard on Alec. He's a young vampire." "Almost 316 ISN'T young," Aro hissed. I looked around, and walked to my usual guarding place beside Jane. She moved at least five feet away from me, and stepped down three steps. "Don't get near me, Alec." Jane bit her lip, and crossed her legs. "Dear sister-" She turned to me, and inflected the worst kind of pain ever to be used on a twin brother. She said, "I.. HATE.. YOU!" I looked at her with hurt, and betrayal in my eyes. "Jane...," I tried to hug her, but she turned away. "I DON'T WANT YOU FOOLING AROUND WITH JAZMYN! SHE'S HUMAN ALEC! HUMAN! NOT FOR A POWERFUL VAMPIRE, SUCH AS YOURSELF, TO BE MESSING WITH!" Jane's voice was filled with anger, and sorrow. I had hurt the one thing, I never intended on EVER hurting. I walked into the room I call mine, and slammed the door. Demetri quickly followed behind me, and knocked on the door. "Alec?" he asked. "Leave me alone please, Demetri?" "Well, Aro and Jane wish to apologize for their unpredictable behavior." "I'll come out tomorrow...," I mumbled. I heard him walk away, and I grabbed my pen, and twirled it around. Trying to occupy my mind from anger. I'll write tomorrow. Mind's too distracted at the moment. ~Alec June 19th , 2010
As always, Aro drags another meeting out yet again. He talked on and on and on about me and Jane fighting. He said, "I'm very disappointed in your behavior lately. It's unlike you." I was almost about to scream (which I rarely ever do). Jane looked at me with eager eyes as I walked passed her, after mine and Aro's meeting. "You really should consider common manners," her arms were crossed across her chest, with the 'I'm angry with you' look that I've seen for 300 years. "Well maybe you should quit starting an argument with me every minute I'm in your presence!" I screamed, and everyone looked at me. Aro looked at me, "I told you Alec. Calm down, and walk around for a few hours. Please return before sun down. New tourists are coming." I looked at him, "yes master." Aro smiled, and proceeded to walk me to the door, "Jane will one day use her gift on you. You will regret it, Alec." "No she won't," I quickly replied, and slipped from his grasp. "She does not want to question MY authority." After I left and walked around for a couple of hours, my eyes quickly glanced at a beautiful young teenage American girl. Tourist. I could not help but wonder... why would she be in Italy. I returned back to the Volturi lair. Jane walked up to me, "stare at her again, and you will soon question my authority." I just looked at her, "yes, dear sister." Sorry this entry must come to an end. I will write more after I find out what that girl's name is. ~Alec June 18 , 2010
Lately Jane and I haven't been the same as we used to be. The fights, arguments, dramatic conversations, has caused Aro to send me out for the week. He said for me to think of it as a "vacation". I traveled to the far west side of Italy, trying to occupy my mind. Somehow, every where I went... I would faintly remember the night, Jane and I were created as this. I used to hate this, but now... being one of the most powerful Volturi (besides Jane) makes me feel confident that I am safe from being killed, and a "family" to look after me, and Jane. And now I have almost fully walked every concrete walkway in Italy. As I traveled back across my hidden footsteps, I began to remember EVERY word Aro told me, the night I was changed. The four most ironic words a person could ever possibly hear. Very frightening, and yet again all I could do was stand there... paralyzed. Without a facial expression, and without a single solitary word. No matter what even if I wanted to scream... the words basically attacked my nervous system, and strangled my vocal cords. The words he last told me, in my last few seconds as a human were, "welcome to the Volturi. The most powerful vampire clan in the entire world." Hearing Jane scream was like knives in my heart. She's my life. I promised our parents I would protect her with every fiber of my being, and let her enjoy life to the fullest, but she wanted to latch on to my side, and count on me to lead her places. Now Jane rules over everyone (besides Aro, Marcus, and Caius). She leads everyone when we take Demetri and Felix out into the other countries. Now I have reached my home, "the Volturi lair". Ha. I opened the door, trying not to be noticed by the assistants, and attendants standing by the Central Lobby front desk. As it screeched opened, the sound of me gently gliding the door open alarmed the blonde headed woman at the front desk. "Ciao. Come stai, signore," (which means: "hello. How are you sir?") the woman's voice sounded hoarse, and she was shaken with fear. "Sapete dove Jane Comtee potrebbe trovarsi," (which means: "Do you know where Jane Comtee might be located") I asked, walking slowly towards the desk. She moved back, running into the computer desk behind her, "e per favore non fare un passo indietro...," (means: "no, and please step back") her eyes filled with fear, as she began to breathe extremely loud, and heavily. "Grazie per il vostro tempo Ma'am," I walked down the hall into the Throne room, and pushed the doors open. "Alec!" Jane ran, and hugged me tightly. "You were gone for six days. Where did you go? I was so very worried!" "Everywhere, dear sister," I smiled. "Aro wants to meet with you," Felix muttered, from across the room. "Oh, lord," I mumbled. "Where is he?" "In the room beside the opening to the garden outside where Demetri stays," Felix began to walk towards me. "I will be with Aro, dear sister. Just come and order me away if you need to talk to me." Jane smiled, "okay." Now I must carry out my duty as a Volturi, and attend Aro's meeting. ~Alec |
